Gamel Helmets Return and Withdrawal Policy

At Gamel Helmets, we are committed to offering our customers high-quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal under optimum conditions.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods purchased.

2. Notification of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model retraction form and send your request to :

3. Product returns

Products must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.) to enable them to be remarketed as new, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

4. Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.

5. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges arising from the choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
